With Emanuela you are in good hands, be it stretching after a long drive, after kiting, windsurfing or biking, a new input in terms of fitness or yoga. Her goal is to bring your body and mind into a balance that is quickly lost in everyday life.

Begin the day with good vibes: bring a bath towel, or a yoga mat.
Meditation on the beach
Everyone can meditate, regardless of belief, religion or nationality. Everyone can develop their mind. But it needs training as in any sport.
7.00 – 8.00 am. On the Beach in front of Cala Azzurra.
Please bring, if necessary, your own chair or meditation cushion. All are welcome!
You can only join once, but the goal would be, of course, to be there every morning and start the day energetically with Rahel
Yoga on the Trabucco
Porticello (near Cala Azzurra)
Emanuela takes you to the nearby Trabucco and practices with you 1.5h Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga understands itself as yoga of consciousness. It is a transformative method of energy work that works through the body to mind and soul. With physical exercises, breathing, meditation, singing and relaxation. Kundalini Yoga tries to awaken and develop the creative potential (kundalini) in each of us. So that we can live in harmony with ourselves and our environment and open our hearts to love.
